1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct4444 ("ct4444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ct4444 website located at https://ct4444.cam and all associated services, games, features and content (collectively, the "Service").

ct4444 is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform designed for sports fans, with particular focus on the Pakistani market. Our Service covers cricket betting (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral T20 series), football, UFC, live casino games, slots and associated promotional content.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ct4444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the platform supports.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under anti-money laundering obligations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or a multiple thereof) before those funds and any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which use of the Service is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including but not limited to locations where online gambling is specifically proscribed.
• "Operator" means the legal entity operating the ct4444 platform and holding any applicable gaming licences. Specific licensing details are available through the Operator's official documentation.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ct4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable licence jurisdiction;
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not as a representative of any corporate entity;
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ct4444 or any affiliated platform;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction;
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme that would prohibit your participation in gambling services.

4 Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ct4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ct4444 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any point where the Operator has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity or location. Supporting documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment method.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The Service is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the Service — including but not limited to data scraping, arbitrage betting using automated tools, or resale of odds data — is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you will not:

• Access the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers or databases;
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable content;
• Collude with other players to influence the outcome of any game or wager;
• Use the Service for money laundering or any other financially illicit purpose.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in your account settings. ct4444 supports a range of payment methods, the current availability of which is shown in your account dashboard.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and are displayed at the point of transaction. ct4444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed in the account dashboard. ct4444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published, though delays may occur during identity verification or in circumstances outside our control.

Any funds that remain in an Account that has been inactive for a period specified in the Operator's dormancy policy may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with that policy, details of which are available on request from customer support.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ct4444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met;
• ct4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address or payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Any bonus figures quoted on this website are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts, wagering requirements and expiry dates are governed by the specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

Players found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements, collusion or the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through ct4444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are published within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

ct4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

For live betting markets — including in-play cricket betting on Pakistan matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and other live sports — odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension during key match events. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are binding unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

All casino games, slots and instant games are powered by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are illustrative averages provided by the respective game studios and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

9 Responsible Gambling

ct4444 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only and never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited to your Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net losses you may incur within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and the option to set maximum session durations;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform, activated immediately upon request.

ct4444 reserves the right — and accepts the obligation — to intervene where it identifies signs of problem gambling behaviour, including by restricting a Player's Account without prior notice. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help from recognised responsible gambling support organisations.

This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. Local laws may restrict gambling. ct4444 does not accept that age alone determines the legal status of gambling participation in Pakistan.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials or falsified identity documents;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Collusion between players to fix outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Use of automated betting software, bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses;
• Any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or its games.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ct4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In the event that an Account is closed by ct4444 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money funds in excess of amounts subject to dispute will be returned to the Player subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct4444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

ct4444 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ct4444 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of ct4444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ct4444.

14 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available through the Operator's official licensing documentation.

ct4444 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, except where the Player has mandatory statutory rights in their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ct4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
